This miniature plaque is cast in fine bone china and hand painted to the dome with an image of Henry VII(1491-1547). Henry was the second monarch of the Tudor dynasty and reigned from 1509-1547. Besides his six marriages Henry VII is best known for the dissolution of the Monastries initiating the English Reformation. The plaque is mounted in a brass frame and felt backing taking the maximum dimensions to 100mm tall and 65mm wide. It is presented in a silk lined box.
