Perhaps the ultimate ceramic creative process is the commissioning of a unique piece of sculpture in fine bone china. Working closely with you, our artists and sculptors will create an original clay model, which will then be used to create your finished piece. The sculpture will be hand-painted to your specifications, hand-finished and mounted on a plinth of your choice.
The creation of a ceramic sculpture is a time-consuming, painstaking process that requires real commitment from everyone involved, and we at Bronte Porcelain are proud of our ability to create such superb one-off pieces, such as the equestrian sculptures of the Queen’s favourite riding pony, Balmoral Curlew and of Zara Phillips on her horse Toytown, commissioned by the Royal Warrant Holders Association. However, we’re equally at home creating less involved items and would be very happy to discuss any ideas for a specially commissioned sculpture.
