The Neverland Display Collection

The overall design of the Neverland display incorporates J.M Barrie's 1902 book ''Little White Bird'' and the 1911 ''Peter and Wendy'' book. Supporting the open book, at the rear of the base are fairies which are styled on the Frampton fairies which surround the famous sculpture of Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens, London.

The open pages of the book represent Bronte's interpretation of the scenery and spirit of Neverland using semi relief sculpting and delicately hand made flowers. Accompanying the collection is a bone china fanciful representation of J.M. Barrie's inkwell and quill. The sides of the inkwell are decorated using the names of the Llewelyn Davies boys of whom we now know inspired Barrie's heroic young character.

The Collection comprises of the display as described above and all of the candle extinguisher characters featured in this series.

Dimensions are 17(h) x 20(w) x 18cm(d)
